New LED lighting

Lamppost C2 has had a new far brighter LED head fitted today. previously a shade was fitted at the back and at the side to reduce brightness/excess lighting at addresses shown in photos. There is far too much light being cast into gardens in front of the light and is disturbing. can the two shades be reinstated please.
