The trees growing next door are blocking out the sunlight and growing over and through my fence

I have brought this matter up with the council in previous years. The gardens of flats 6, 7, 8, 9 Cawarden are not tended and the trees are jut growing beyond sensibility and blocking out daylight and sunlight and constantly growing over and through my garden at number 5 cawarden, whilst I appreciate the job trees do these are alone in an area bereft of trees, can they be recycled and put to a better use
