Bins being left on pavement instead of private gardens on bin collection fat. Blocking pavement for wheelchair users, forcing us to go in the road which endangers our safety.

This is a particular problem in burnhill road on the side that runs 1 -9. Particularly with the houses that have room to put bins in their front gardens. I understand some are unable too but most are just unwilling especially no 1
