Rubbish on garage roofs damaging asbestos tiles

Rubbish is being dumped on the roofs of the garages behind Elizabeth avenue. Some of the roof tiles on some of the garages have collapsed. The roof tiles look like they might be asbestos. Please clear the rubbish and check there are no broken asbestos tiles.
