Hedge overgrown the footpath by over 50%

The hedge outside 9 Blacknall Road has now overgrown the path reducing the width of the footpath to less than 50% making access for people with pushchairs and mobility scooters very difficult.

Nothing appears to have been done to date and the photos attached now show that the hedge extends to all the way across the footpath. Normally, there is a car parked here, so users have to walk around the car in Blacknall Road to get past.
