Cars and motorcycles racing around the park area near to the basketball court, using footpaths as roads on saturday evening 9 - 10pm approx.

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3519370.

These drivers were using the footpaths as a racing circuit. Also racing I the Peepul centre car park. This is a residential green area of St Marks Estate.
