Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3516686.

The blue car possibly a ford is parked on main road on double yellow lines blocking traffic including the pavement (forcing pedestrians into the road) as well as road traffic and numerous cars almost went into eachother due to this
