Car trader parking numerous vehicles and pick up trucks thus impeding surrounding area and restricting residents movement and usage of the areas they pay to upkeep.

Layby full of vehicles and a recovery truck loaded unmoved for months.

Car trader operating WITHOUT PERMISSION as address is not mixed purpose nor registered but is clearly stated as a trading address on ebay and other sites.
