Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3514557.

Between Clavering Blacksmiths Corner and Parsonage Farm lane the vast majority of roadside drains are totally full and unable to drain the road. One has even tarmacced over the cast iron grating. This was reported to ECC Councillor ray Gooding on 6th January 2022 and a reminder again on 6th February. Nothing has been done and the emails were never acknowledged.
