Cctv camera

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3514238.

Between no 27 and 28 ( I think), hidden in the trees by the front wall is a camera covered in green camouflage leaves/ netting which is pointing out to the street? Just wanted to raise this concern as I understand if cameras are pointing inside the property but wasn't sure if itvwas allowed when it is pointing outside their boundry on public pathway/ roads.
