TRIP HAZARD - tarmac very worn on footpath and road

The footpath has been in this very poor condition for over 3 years. The road surface is also eroding at the edges, causing large potholes which get filled with soil and leaves. Water is not draining correctly and gathers at the edges of the road.

  • The council have said that it is not an emergency repair, so they are going to wait until someone has an accident and it becomes one before they will sort it out.

    This is a real trip hazard and I have observed people stumbling. Maybe I will have to do a Rod Stewart and fix it myself!
