Refuse bin not emptied.

Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3510050.

The bin pinpointed was overflowing Thursday 6th May. It is now Sunday and rubbish on ground around overflowing bin. Never a problem With Witney Town Council.This is a bad reflection on WODC.
