Behind 112 Tungstone Way,(on the foot path leading down to the football/rugby fields) someone has cut down the overgreen hawthorn and just left the branches lying near to the footpath

I try and keep under control the saplings, weeds etc behind 114 in order that it does not get overgrown with large trees. Because of the way these branches have been left I can no longer do this and they are too heavy for me to move.
