Sent to Canterbury City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3506028.

This vehicle has been parked poorly and obstructing our school entrance. The owner is also not a customer and signs clearly state parking is for customers only. Vehicle also has a bald spare tyre and a parking ticket on the passenger seat.
