Manhole cover loose and rattling

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3505829.

I have reported this manhole cover issue twice on the local council website with no action taken. The manhole cover is marked Anglian Water and has been loose and rattling for several weeks. Not only is it a noise issue, but I have concerns that it will work loose and cause a serious accident
