Abandoned Citroën Xsara

Citroën Xsara has been sat in the same position for about 1 year and 6 months no one has been to it or moved it so I can imagine it's been abandoned. The vehicle is untaxed and has no mot so officially it should not be parked where it is because its a public highway. The vehicle is taking up a valuable parking space in a already overcrowded coul de sac when someone who actually pays to keep their car on the road could use that space .

  • This vehicle is SORN and is currently off the highway, therefore I have no grounds for action. SORN vehicles are allowed to park up to 6 months with expired MOT.
