Another telecoms man hole cover missing/smashed

Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3502251.

A Telecoms man hole cover is open. The cover has been slid to one side or broken when a vehicle drove over it. It is in the grass verge on the south side of Narrow Lane. This is the second incident with broken/unfitted covers that I have reported recently. the other was on Sileby Road near Mountsorrel near to the A6 flyover. no photo i am afraid as i was speeding down the lane on my bicycle.
