2 stiles missing steps, 1 with electric fence tape at head height
Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3498393.
The stile at the pinned location has no steps. The rail is too high to easily step over and too low to easily duck under. There is also electric fencing tape across at head height. It has been like this for several months and the tape appeared more recently. Due north across the field from this (shown in other photo) is another stile with 1 step but it needs 2.
