Appears the boaters have had a clear out and dumped all their waste in the lane approaching Amwell Nature Reserve/ railway crossing domestic and commercial waste in black bin bags. Includes commercial waste with addressed envelopes to address in Bishop Stortford. What 3 words///shift.blur.young
