School speed reduction lights to 20 - broken

The sign has either been hit or is past it’s days but both lights are flashing briefly for every 5/6 seconds. The issue has been a problem for about 2 weeks and poses a problem for motorists not reducing their speed in a dangerous corner and also en-route to the primary school and pre-school. Two separate sites. Please help to fix
