Annoying loud rocking manhole cover

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3490332.

There is a manhole cover here which rocks and makes an awful loud noise when cars drive over It can be heard loudly through the day and night which is effecting my sleep as well as other surrounding neighbours at this end of the road. It is as you come into moorland road
