Large van think it's abandoned

Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3489739.

Van was parked at 10am 27th April. 2 men walked off and have not returned. It looks very suspicious. It doesn't belong to anyone in this area. We think it has quite a bit stored in the back as the tyres are down. It will be in the way if the dust carts. The men just walked off without anything and it looks like they have tried to hide it from the main road. Residents are very concerned as there is a bank statement on the dash stating it's from Spalding, Lincolnshire
