Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3485075.

The passageway at the rear of kent road has become a haven for drug dealers, local lowlife scum avoiding police , drug needles left around , idiots driving motorbikes at high speed up the path just ignoring signs its an absolute nightmare
