Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3478152.

There appears to be a lot of sticks under the bridge over the river Rat this is blocking it and causing fouling and algae build up, rage brown sludge.

Anglia water have been out and confirmed their sewerage pipe is not the problem so it is an Environment Agency or Council issue
