Double mattress dumped down side of 34 Havelock Road

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3477002.

The building work on 34 Havelock Road has ceased and is unfinished but the rubbish still remains down the side of the building and at the back. A mattress has now been dumped and will of course lead to other rubbish being left. The amount of debris at the back could easily lead to rats.

  • More items have now been dumped in the right of way outside the fire exit of an occupied house making exit through the windows difficult.
