Bridge support bollards have been ripped out of thief mountings

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3474674.

Steel bridge protection bollards have been snapped off by vehicle impact and in doing so, removed footpath protection to pedestrians crossing over the road/rail bridge. Major hazard and reduction to safety measures immediately above the live railway mainline.
