Constantly waste overflowing and spilling out into the shared driveway. Cigarette ends thrown all over the shared open driveway, I have reported this to the council already but very slow progress and one day the tenants might do the right thing after education from Gary Neal and then the next five occasions they fail . These are disgusting scenes . This has been ongoing for months on end . I have emails dated way back as last year January 2021. I am fed up with this . Please please help
