Black bags with animal waste

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3471585.

There have been lots of bags with animal waste just thrown onto the streets and not disposed of correctly. Could more signs be put up around the area to help tackle this disgusting occurance?
