Bins from 9 Chichester Walk are always put out days too early. The green one hasn’t been emptied for weeks. The bins are placed in a communal parking area with houses surrounding it. The people whose bins these belong to don’t have to look at them all day. They are out of their sight. Bins should only be placed out the afternoon before.
