Nuisance/dangerous parking

For the past Easter weekend this company have been parking their lorries which overhang and block the pavement. As you can see if a parent with a pram / person in wheelchair etc need to pass on the pavement they can’t. There is grass but it’s on a slant. My father lives at 9 Oracle Drive and uses a stick. Equally we have grave concerns of cars being damaged when they attempt to pull away
