This illegally parked HGV is back partially blocking the entrance to the Cemetery and the footpath. There is a badly damaged Range Rover inside the cemetery entrance and several other old cars, This is a disgrace it looks like a scrapyard and is an insult to people visiting the graves of loved ones or attending a funeral. The council must deal with this.
