Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3465458.

There is a great deal of rubbish over the floor including recycle boxes not emptied fir weeks due to food rubbish in there . Broken boxhas bern dumped this has bern like this for ages now . No-one will take ownership and clear up . Just seen a rat enjoying lunch please can someone sort this out. Not only looks a mess but rats is another issue .

Here we go again can someone just order a seagull sack for this flat the seagulls at it again a right old mess outside tbe bus stop .It's a weekly cleanup
