This is the Easter weekend, trying to enjoy it. Instead, we've been listening to dogs kept in a kennel at the back of number 215, barking all night, and now barking all day.
Barking all week, barking all month, barking ALL year. Is there any official body to step in and make the noise stop? This is animal abuse, and the whole neighbourhood should not have to be subjected with constant noise.
It's a nice hot day, we can't go in the garden to enjoy it, we can't open the windows because constant noise. These people had a security company car with dog stickers on it and police-like livery, now the dogs are just constantly locked up.
