Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3463333.

Well over a week after being reported this is still here, the broken branches are now becoming strewn across a wider area and are a hazard to cyclist and pedestrians alike. This evening my son was thrown from his bike when a branch got caught in his back wheel on his way home from work. Should I hear of anyone becoming seriously injured as a result of this hazard I will of course ensure that they know the problem had been reported and ignored so they know where to send the court papers when filing for compensation.
