Oil all over the road no 3 ivy lane

Sent to Canterbury City Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3462624.

A car hit a stationary car head on then scaped down the side of it towards the pull in at the bottom of ivy lane turned round with difficulty and drove off without stopping. There is oil all over the road outside no 3 ivy lane and down to the pull in. A neighbour said to inform you and ask for it to be cleared
