Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3461664.

There is a dip on the edge of the rubber flooring by the side the picnic benches, my daughter got her foot stuck and hurt her knee but could of hit her head on the picnic bench.
