Fence panels

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3460798.

I moved to Marine Avenue in September 2020 and these panels have been damaged all of that time , also have been reported before This is such an eyesore as its on the main road
