Lamp replaced but shield not

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3460617.

You out a shield in this light last year, as it floods light into my bedroom window. The lamp was recently replaced (I hadn't reported it being broken and it is better for us broken) but the shield has gone and so light floods into my bedroom again. Could the shield please be replaced.
