No markings for cyclists or pedestrians

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3458331.

Foot path Spring Garden Lane to George Street. No markings but one section is raised by several cms, making it impossible for cyclists to move over when pedestrian using that side. Needs markings along the tracks, not just at each end to encourage people to stick to designated side.
