2 inch drop around the drain cover and the pavement is so badly sunk around this drain

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3458277.

The pavement is so dangerously uneven and very sunk around the drain cover which is subsiding . There is very obviously a problem with an underground pipe up to this drain which I suspect is damaged. The pavement is I am led to believe Aster Properties and it is just before the car park to St Johns Court, which are flats mainly used by elderly and disabled people. This pavement has been a problem for years and has now become a constant hazard with myself nearly falling over on it today as I was trying to push my shopping trolley over the sucker area of the pavement.
