Abandoned shopping troley

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3457294.

Next shopping trolley has been abandoned by the park on Colossus Way. I have tried to report it through the trolleywise app but they are unable to collect it. It has been there since 12th April.
