Pothole left hand side to entrance of road

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3457168.

Sunken utility cover on the left hand side to the entrance of that road that has caused a significant pothole. This has been reported before and has be there for coming up to a year now. Can't be avoided very often due to cars parked on the other side of the road.
