Urgent - obstruction in middle of traffic lane presenting a hazard.

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3455837.

A row of cones has been wedged down a hole in the east-bound lane of this busy road. People breaking and swerving to avoid this. Been here for 2 weeks. Dangerous especially at night. Creates a hazard. PLEASE REMOVE THE CONES AND FILL THE HOLE. The deep hole was already presenting a hazard since it is deep and people need to go into oncoming lane to avoid.
