Missing bollard, allowing cars to block pavement

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3453172.

Missing bollard about 10 feet down West Steet from the row of bollards which are still in place. This bollard serves to block cars from parking on the pavement area, so wheelchair bound people cannot currently get past and are forced to either navigate uneven cobbles or take an alternative route.
