Road edge to dyke and rubbish

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3452828.

More traffic is going down civkreed and road is wearing right on edge of dyke. An accident waiting to happen as no barrier. The road could do with repairing in places. Rubbish, boards, bottles in dyke.
