Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3451131.

Reported several months but nothing done. The top of Thurcaston Rd is covered in several inches of soil. Thus us extremely hazardous for pedestrians and cyclists particular in wet weather. Please remove along with flytipping.
