Cars always parked too close to the edge obstructing view

Cars are always(especially sundays) parked too close to the edge of the road on the green resulting in obstructing the view of the cars pulling out of St Albans Way to turn right. Have seen many close calls as the drivers have to almost guess and pull out in front of cars speeding down the bend. An accident waiting to happen.
