The Panda Lounge 56 Mabgate Leeds, which is a commercial unit, keep entering our residential apartment block, (Leylands House Mabgate Leeds) in order to dump their commercial waste and other larger commercial items, fridges, chairs, tables etc. Panda Lounge is a Commercial Unit and do not pay any Service Charges, (which covers Leeds City Council household waste removal) we, the residential owners do. PANDA LOUNGE HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENTER OUR BUILDING IN ORDER TO DUMP THEIR RUBBISH IN OUR BIN STORE, THEY ARE ACTUALLY TRESPASSING !!
