The condition of this concern has worsened recently and the annoyance of the noise every time the manhole is driven over is very disturbing, a loud clanking noise is made now every time it’s driven over, so two clanks for every car, you advise a response of 14 days since the initial report, that was 9 th April, what’s happening? Does this manhole have to collapse and cause an accident or severe damage to a car.
