Door of Junction box broken

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Worthing Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3447919.

The junction box (BT or Virgin) has its door open. I tried phoning the displayed number 08703333660 but it is constantly engaged. box is in front of 25 harrow road.
